Service Description: The City of Salisbury selected the GPI-KCI team to perform pavement condition assessment for City-owned roads utilizing GPI's LiDAR system collected right-of-way images. KCI performed the pavement assessment based on the ASTM d6433 Standard Practice for Roads and Parking Lots Pavement Condition Index (PCI) Surveys methodology to determine the PCI value for each pavement section in the summer of 2022. This layer is based on the initial data collection by GPI, assessment by KCI, and is updated by the Department of Infrastructure and Development.
The field PCI indicates the PCI Index, for our purposes the if the PCI is equal to 0 there is no PCI Available for that road.
